SHORT TERM PLACEMENT Due to the shortage and demand from our clients for qualified and experienced staff in the security industry, ASEA has formulated a new solution to expand its services to provide short term candidates or contractor placements for the industry. Short Term Placement (STP) STP is charged at hourly or monthly rates, which depend on the qualifications and competence of the worker and our clients requests. These rates apply to work performed at your premises or at a project site. Short term workers record in a book the hours they work for your organisation. You have their supervisor check and sign this record as the basis for calculating our fees. In order to recieve STP rates, you MUST have a service agreement in place with ASEA. No exceptions. Transferring contractors to staff After you hire a STP worker through our agency, you may decide you want to employ that worker full time. You may transfer a STP to your staff during the hiring period in which you will incur a progression fee for 12months. We are the ONLY agency in Australia with this type of methodology which was created by us for our clients that wanted a better solution to security staff shortages.
